It’s been said that African-Americans are stuck in the past while whites want to forget about it. That subject didn’t come up during the sessions at The Detroit Regional Chamber Policy conference on Mackinac Island last month. But Michigan Now’s Chris McCarus did ask some republican heavyweights about it.
